Holiday Pre-Orders & Custom Arrangements
At Wine Country Blooms, our studio specializes in creating unique holiday arrangements that will bring the spirit of the holiday to your home, and the gift of sharing with loved ones and special friends.
Pre-Orders
wine country blooms offers unique floral arrangements on a pre-order basis for the holidays listed below. Available designs are posted three (3) weeks before the holiday, and must be ordered at least ten (10) days in advance.
- Valentine’s Day
- Mother’s Day
- Halloween
- Thanksgiving
- Winter Holiday (Christmas,Hanukkah, Kwanzaa)
Pricing for Pre-Ordered Holiday Arrangements:
- Large Arrangements/bouquets – $95 per arrangement plus tax
- Medium Arrangements/bouquets – $75 per arrangement plus tax
Custom Orders
Individual special occasion arrangements and bouquets may be custom ordered at any time during the year, with a minimum 48 hours advance notice, and a 15% upcharge over pre-order pricing.
All pre-order and custom arrangements and bouquets may be picked up at wine country blooms studio, 388 Bridle Path, Healdsburg, CA, one (1) to two (2) days before the holiday at no charge.
Delivery within 10 miles of Healdsburg is available for a $ 25 delivery fee. Discounts available for customer-supplied containers.

katie’s klub
As a special service, wine country blooms offers “katie’s klub” , a membership-based service providing advance notice of holiday arrangements on a discounted basis.
For an annual fee of $75, members automatically receive a pre-order form with available selections four (4) weeks in advance of the holidays listed above plus three (3) designated personal special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. “katie’s klub” members receive discounted pricing for all arrangements.
Member pricing:
- Large Arrangements/bouquets – $76 plus tax
- Medium Arrangements/bouquets – $56 plus tax
There is no minimum quantity of orders required, but “katie’s klub” members who order at least four (4) arrangements in a 12 month period have their membership extended an additional year at no additional cost.
